What is the scope of a digital adoption plan?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope of a digital adoption plan encompasses various aspects of a company&#8217;s operations and functions, with the primary focus being integrating digital technologies and tools into its processes and workflows, from operations to customer relations and everything in between.
